composer/arranger/producer
History: Multiple-award winning (including an
Emmy and two Clio’s) Bruner is based in Los Angeles. Jeff’s background includes stints as in-house
composer/arranger/producer/programmer at various commercial music production
companies on the East and West Coasts as well as work as a session bass player
and keyboardist. He has performed in bands that range from Swing to 70’s Punk. Bruner
has a degree in Music Composition from the University of California and studied
conducting at the Juilliard school.
Jeff has worked
on numerous film trailers and commercials.
He has completed scores for clients such as Budweiser, Gatorade, IBM,
MacDonalds, Paramount TV’s “Frasier” and Walmart, to name a few. Other work includes music for feature films “The
Age of Insects” and “FOES” as well as numerous short films and background
scores for radio dramas. One notable
radio production is a remake of Orson Well’s War of The Worlds, produced by
David Ossman of the Firesign Theater.

Jeff has completed orchestrations, arrangements and music production for “The
Gun Show,” a musical originally produced by the Mark Taper Forum and recently
seen in production by LA Theater Works, starring Ed Asner.
Bruner’s music
has also appeared in many TV shows such as E! TV’s “Hollywood True Stories” and
can be found in film trailers for numerous IMAX films, such as “Antarctica,” “to
The Limit,” “Tropical Rainforest,” “Alaska,” “The Deep Blue Sea,” and “Whales.”
