studioexpresso.com is an online studio booking service that offers real-time information on availability. The service was founded by studio management veteran Claris Sayadian-Dodge, who has more than 20 years of experience and has been active in the Los Angeles recording scene since 1986, including gigs at Ocean Way, Record One, Prairie Sun, studio bau:ton, and Rogers and Cowan Public Relations.
The site finds studio with available time and lets users
browse through recent credits of musicians, engineers and producers; search for
particular gear; and send special requests online. The service is free to registered users and is available 24 hours
a day. Studioexpresso serves a growing
number of studios in California, and Sayadian-Dodge plans to expand the
business nationwide.
